Bike & Hiking Trails
The rural area around or house virtually sends you an invitation to go outside, enjoy the fresh air and become active. The Fichtel Mountain Nature Park features an excellent network of bike and hiking trails and numerous impressive lookout points and quaint villages to explore. Ambitioned projects, such as the “Brückenradweg Bayern-Böhmen”, a long bike trail between Bavaria and Bohemia, leads beyond the borders of Bavaria. The e-bike rental and charging station are right next to the hotel.
Spa Triangle in the Czech Republic
The West-Bohemian Spa Triangle is the region between three important health resorts, the Franzensbad, the Karlsbad and the Marienbad. Not only Prague is worth a visit, but also the numerous baths and health resorts that invite guests from near and far. The thermal baths with centuries of tradition and luxurious bubbly mineral springs are always worth a visit.
The Porzellanikon
The Porzellanikon Selb is Euroe’s largest specialized porcelain museum. The museum, which is located in a former factory facility, really lets you feel the porcelain history that is present in the entire building. The impressive buildings and facilities are accessible and the processes of the Rosenthal porcelain manufactory can be watched and are explained to visitors during the guided tour. The second part of the historic collection can be found in the former house of C. M. Hutschenreuther’s family in Hohenberg.
Luisenburg Rock Labyrinth
The rock labyrinth in Luisenburg is a natural granite formation close to Wunsiedel, which is accessible via small paths. Here, you will also find the nature stage that hosts the Luisenburg Festival. The rough stone creates an impressive atmosphere for young and old to marvel at. Even Goethe had a few words to say about the rocks when he visited.
Golf
The region is home to some excellent golf courts, which harmonize perfectly with the landscape. Look forward to a long round of gold or spend the afternoon training on the driving range. The golf courts in Fahrenbach close to Tröstau and Gattendorf-Haidt can be found just a 30-minute drive from the hotel.
